WebCalendar source is distributed in a single compressed tar file. The stable release is available from here. The developer's version is available via CVS from here.

Windows Source and Binary

For MS Windows**, webCal is packed with IndigoPerl, which contains an integrated Apache web server. It is distributed as a single zip file.
