Each summer the Jefferson County Library sponsors a summer reading program for children and teens. This summer our theme is "One World, Many Stories" reading program for children and "You Are Here" reading program for teens. Both programs run from June 1 - July 30, 2011. Summer Reading Program for Children This summer children can read 5 books on their reading level, fill out their reading log and return it to the library for a prize. Drawing chances will be given for each additional five books read during that time. All reading logs must be turned in by Saturday, July 30, 2011. Drawing winners will be notified by phone or email.
This summer teens can read 3 books on their reading level, fill out their reading log and return it to the library for a prize. Drawing chances will be given for each additional three books read during that time. All reading logs must be turned in by Saturday, July 30, 2011. Drawing winners will be notified by phone or email.
