CELEBRATE EARLY- COME TO THE BLOOD DRIVE JULY 1ST AT THE ARNOLD LIBRARY
The Friends of the Jefferson County Library are asking volunteers to celebrate the Fourth of July early by donating blood to the Red Cross on July 1. The Friends are sponsoring a blood drive July 1, from 10 to 2 pm, at the Arnold Branch, 1701 Missouri State Road, Arnold MO. Donors can make appointments by calling 1-800-GIVELIFE, (1-800-448-3543) or going to the Red Cross website: www.redcross.org, or just stop by without an appointment. The Red Cross mobile unit will be at the library July 1 from 10 am to 2 pm. The Friends are hoping to help with the need for blood that seems always to increase during national holidays.
