USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC (OR THEIR EQUIVALENT) CIGARETTES
ADOPTED: OCTOBER 17, 1991; revised June 18, 2008; revised January 17, 2012

The use of tobacco and electronic (or smokeless, or their equivalent) cigarettes is prohibited inside facilities owned or leased by Jefferson County Library and in Library-owned vehicles.  The use of tobacco and electronic (or smokeless, or their equivalent) cigarettes is also prohibited on all land owned by the Library, except in designated areas or inside the individual's own motor vehicle.
