JEFFERSON COUNTY LIBRARY It is the policy of the Jefferson County Library to permit the distribution of coupons and other promotional items of local businesses or agencies as summer reading program incentives or as an adult, young adult, or children's program or activity giveaway if such action is recommended for approval prior to distribution by a JCL committee appointed by the director or designee. Final approval rests with the director or designee. |
